Client Interaction: Greet clients, collect necessary documents and fingerprints, address inquiries, and provide information on services

Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by explaining contract terms, benefits, and following up with prospective clients under the Strategy Specialists guidance
Appointment Management: Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and cover client meetings in the Strategy Specialist's absence
Qualification
Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required for effective client interaction)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with clients
Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
Skillful at fostering positive client relationships, supporting a client-centered experience
Highly motivated to assist in achieving sales goals with a strong track record in administrative or sales support
Ability to discuss sensitive topics with clients tactfully and professionally
