Oversees full P&L execution at the subsidiary level
Implements scalable operating systems, leadership training, safety compliance, customer experience programs, and organic growth initiatives
Ensures consistent operational excellence across all companies within their oversight
Drives measurable improvements in revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, service performance, safety, compliance, leadership development, and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Day-to-day leadership and performance management experience
Experience in overseeing full P&L execution at the subsidiary level
Ability to implement scalable operating systems
Experience in leadership training
Knowledge of safety compliance
Experience in customer experience programs
Experience in organic growth initiatives across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and MEP divisions
