Responsibilities

Review funding documents and provide business financial management and programmatic support
Maintain responsibility for analytical, technical, and administrative duties in the budgetary process
Work in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team made up of technical subject matter experts, program and financial analysts, contract administrators, government partners, and government project managers supporting technology advancement
Create and track schedules of financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures
Generate Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Purchase Request (PR) documents

Required

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
FOUR (4) or more years' experience with budget and/or financial analysis
ONE (1) or more years' experience with program and/or project management
Experience with schedule creation and tracking of financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures
Experience with solicitations and contracting actions
Experience generating Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Purchase Request (PR) documents

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance
TWO (2) or more years' experience managing DoD programs in a DoD environment
Experience with the DAI financial system
Experience supporting defense R&D programs
