InternAramark Destinations is seeking a Sustainability Intern to support various projects within their sustainable dining program at Tulane University. The role involves educating students about sustainability efforts, creating educational materials, and supporting long-term sustainability projects.

Responsibilities
Educate students about sustainability efforts within campus dining through tabling events and other outreach. This includes promoting our local purchasing program, Coolfood/Plant Forward menu offerings, and campus partnerships around waste diversion initiatives
Create educational materials for distribution to the student body, and write content for the CDS website and sustainability newsletter
Support long-term projects, such as local food reporting, waste audits, food recovery, farmers market coordination, etc
Research sustainability initiatives and best practices around the country and evaluate current sustainability programs at CDS
Qualification
Required
Must be a current Tulane student
Ability to work 10 hours per week
A positive, professional, and outgoing attitude
Ability to work independently, take initiative, & meet project deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and use Microsoft Office/Google Drive
