Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to create a plan to achieve co-brand acquisition targets
Develop and promote the expansion of our co-brand products in both existing and new digital channels
Work with crewmembers in the operation to support and augment acquisitions through those channels
Track acquisition performance and regularly communicate key opportunities and/or headwinds in regard to performance targets
Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure key messaging and product features are clearly communicated to customers
Help guide the overall Co-brand strategy and direction to create a compelling value proposition for existing and prospective customers
Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
Five (5) years of business planning, airline management, or related work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Available for occasional to frequent overnight travel (30%)
Currently in possession of a valid passport or equivalent travel documents with the ability to travel into and out of the United States
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred

Master's Degree in a relevant field
Experience working organizationally in a matrix-based position
Previous alliance and airline partnership airline management experience
Proficiency and knowledgeable of airline reservation systems and ticketing platforms (specifically as related to interline technology, such as IET, codeshare IATCI/ETCI, Teletype, EDIFACT, and PNR)
Finance acumen, net present value analysis, moderate return on investment analysis experience
Familiar with economic forecasting and strategic frameworks (i.e. how to structure business arguments)
