Responsibilities

Actively participate in client acquisition and referral efforts
Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, or educational workshops
Contribute to the growth and retention of the firm’s client base
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
Conduct client discovery meetings to understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and circumstances
Develop, present, and implement customized investment and financial planning strategies
Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, meetings, and proactive communication
Educate clients on investment strategies, market conditions, and financial planning concepts
Adhere to fiduciary duty and all applicable federal and state regulations
Maintain accurate and timely client records, notes, and documentation
Follow firm policies and procedures, including compliance and supervisory requirements
Complete required continuing education and licensing renewals

Required

Active Series 65 license (or Series 66 with Series 7)
Registered (or eligible to register) as an Investment Adviser Representative
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment principles, portfolio management, and fiduciary standards
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
High ethical standards and client-first mindset

Preferred

CFP®, CFA®, or other relevant professional designation (or progress toward one)
Experience working in an RIA or fiduciary advisory environment
Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management platforms
Prior experience managing client relationships independently
