Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams effectively, balancing technical and functional while ensuring quality deliverables

Serve as a hands-on consultant, actively contributing to the development and implementation of AI solutions as needed to achieve project objectives

Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and methodologies to assist leaders to design and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals

Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating executive presence and professionalism

Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and sales initiatives

Identify client needs and opportunities for A&M, leveraging your network to maintain and grow business relationships

Foster an inclusive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives

Required

3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML models, in analytics libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, and PyTorch

Proven experience and/or exposure developing Generative AI Solutions, including large language model (LLM) based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, such as CrewAI and LangChain, to build autonomous systems in production settings

Proficiency in building APIs and backend applications with frameworks like FastAPI and Flask

Experience deploying solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g. provisioning EC2 instances, creating Azure Bloc containers, etc.)

Ability to translate and present complex technical concepts effectively

Prior experience in consulting or a comparable client-facing role

Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
