Independent representation of clients in their estate, charitable, business succession, and estate and gift tax planning
Representation of fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration
Assisting with the development of firm policies and procedures related to estate planning services
Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal counsel
Developing client referrals and contributing to firm growth

Required

Georgia Bar License (Required)
Strong legal knowledge and practical experience in estate planning and probate
Licensed to practice in Georgia (Required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Willingness to follow and contribute to established firm processes
