Responsibilities

Lead IHS Growth Operations; Manage day-to-day business processes for team supporting a $50B pipeline; Create business strategies to ensure smooth functioning of the Growth organization; Create/draft illustrative PowerPoint decks for IHS and GDIT executive consumption; Manage new business funds budget process, communications, analysis, and reporting; Build and manage overhead budget; Draft and manage IHS Growth executive communications; Manage reporting cadence, pipeline, tools, automation, and AI reporting metrics; Manage critical schedule and planning projects

Collaborate closely with VP of Growth and Growth leadership team ensuring team cohesion, professionalism, and transparency; Communicate with executive leadership, customers, external and internal stakeholders, and individual contributors; Champion change management, technology adoption, and continuous improvement

Drive efficiencies within processes and selection of tools; Recommend innovations leading to higher quality outcomes, more effective processes and tools, as well as increased efficiencies; Solve problems for the team as they arise; Keep current with business and technology trends to forecast needed organizational changes and adaptations over time

Utilize technology platforms, applications, and tools including Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and other visualization, graphic, automation, and AI tools

Required

Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years' experience of related experience

5+ years of related experience

Salesforce, PowerPoint, visualization tools, automation and AI tools

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

US citizenship required

This position requires working fully onsite at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite (5) days a week
