They are seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs to live independently.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of team leads and Direct Support Professionals

Support members directly in their homes (approx. 5% of time) and ensure service plans are followed

Conduct house inspections and observe staff-member interactions

Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managed care organizations, and DHS

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and review member care plans

Monitor compliance with agency directives, HCBS standards, and policies/procedures

Provide on-call support and cover shifts when needed

Manage administrative tasks including timecard approvals, attendance, mileage, and billing

Recruit, onboard, and train new staff

Conduct performance evaluations and produce individual development plans
