Responsibilities
Own discrete projects that require alignment across Product, Sales, and IT by track progress and drive cross-functional execution; example projects include New Product Launch GTM preparation, Quoting Experience Improvement
Apply business and technical judgment to prioritize, sequence, and drive clarity across complex topics
Understand and analyze data to drive business insights and recommendations, prepare presentations and communication to drive cross-functional alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, GTM roles within SaaS/cloud companies, or management consulting companies
Strong familiarity with sales process, licensing, and quoting
Familiar with Enterprise Technology, and experience working with a Product
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and workstreams across product, sales, and IT
Ability to manage ambiguity and execute with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates
Fast learner, extreme sense of ownership, can drive execution end-to-end
Organized and proactive
Good GSuite skills (Gsheet, Doc, Slide)
