Responsibilities
Cold calling candidates for positions that we are recruiting for
This includes making initial introductions, building relationships with them, learning about their background, and sharing information about opportunities with our clients
Exceeding our daily metrics of 50-80 cold calls
Managing the candidate relationship throughout the hiring process
This includes scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, etc
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in an outbound calling position (i.e. inside sales)
Willing to be in an office setting regularly
