Clinical Administrative Assistant
NHS Management is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their Training Center in Birmingham, Alabama. This role focuses on providing administrative support for clinical education and training activities that enhance the quality of care across their facilities.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for clinical training and education programs
Coordinate schedules, classes, meetings, and training events
Maintain accurate training records, rosters, and documentation
Assist with onboarding and compliance-related paperwork
Prepare materials for training sessions (sign-in sheets, packets, certificates, etc.)
Communicate professionally with clinical staff, instructors, and leadership
Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience working in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Preferred
Healthcare administrative experience (LTC, rehab, hospital, or clinic)
Familiarity with training programs, onboarding, or compliance documentation
Experience supporting nurses, clinical educators, or leadership teams
