Commission Sales Associate
Aronov Commercial has been a leader in the development and management of shopping destinations and office buildings for over 70 years. They are seeking a Commission Sales Associate who will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Prospecting new business leads

Preparing sales proposals

Collaborating with the brokerage and marketing teams to enhance client acquisition strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven ability in sales, client management, and negotiating sales agreements
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and strategize based on market insights
Understanding of commercial real estate, with prior experience in brokerage or related fields as a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently on-site
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is highly desirable
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software is beneficial
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and priorities
