Sr. Analyst, Revenue Operations

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will manage revenue data and go-to-market systems, ensuring that various teams have the necessary tools and insights for scaling. You will optimize the tech stack and maintain performance metrics to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring high data integrity and seamless synchronization across platforms
Build, maintain, and interpret centralized KPI dashboards, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in our pipeline
Partner with Revenue teams to refine workflows, reducing friction in the sales cycle and improving deal velocity
Provide the quantitative foundation for revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time data for growth decisions
Work closely with Finance and Customer Success to audit bookings and billings, automating and upgrading operational flows
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce hygiene, implementing validation rules and processes that keep our CRM actionable and clean
Design and maintain the process for sales training; facilitate the creation of documentation, playbooks, and onboarding sequences that ensure proficiency in our GTM teams
Qualification
Required
Experience managing and optimizing RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability to ensure high data integrity and seamless synchronization across platforms
Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting centralized KPI dashboards
Ability to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the pipeline
Experience partnering with Revenue teams to refine workflows
Ability to reduce friction in the sales cycle and improve deal velocity
