Manager Strategic Partnerships
RMG Marketing Agency partners with brands and organizations to elevate their businesses through strategic improvements. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships will develop and manage relationships with new partners to drive growth, identify opportunities, and contribute to the agency's business development goals.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing strategic relationships with new partners to drive mutual growth and value
Identifying new partnership opportunities
Maintaining and fostering existing relationships
Facilitating collaboration between partners and internal teams
Contributing to the agency’s long-term business development goals
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing partnership opportunities and outcomes
Experience in Account Management with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional collaboration
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a remote work environment
Background in business, marketing, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with marketing or creative agencies is a plus
Sales experience in professional service industry preferred
Knowledge of procurement process for large corporate entities is a plus
