The Data Coordinator will support the centralization and organization of company contract records in Salesforce, ensuring all agreements are properly categorized and accessible.

Responsibilities
Locate and review contracts across multiple repositories; verify status and identify key clauses
Upload contracts and metadata into Salesforce using standardized naming conventions
Maintain accurate, consistent, and searchable contract records
Navigate Salesforce to update records, tag contracts, and manage data cleanup
Validate record accuracy and report discrepancies; assist with testing for automation improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to interpret basic contract terms and dates
Previous experience using an CRM platform
Familiarity with Salesforce navigation (upload/download, record lookup)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document tools (SharePoint, OneDrive)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
