Provide first-line support via phone, email, chat, and walk-up
Perform basic fieldwork: pickups, deliveries, and in-person support
Deploy and image computers, printers, and other devices
Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and services (Wi-Fi, Canvas, Office365, printers)
Participate in physical tasks (lifting, moving equipment)
Provide support in classrooms and labs, including audio-visual support
Participate in small to mid-scale project tasks and documentation
Qualification
Required
