New England Revolution is a youth sports organization that is seeking a Revolution Academy Intern to support various strategic projects and initiatives for their summer camps. The intern will gain hands-on experience in operations, marketing, customer service, and event planning within a professional club’s Academy system.

Sports

Responsibilities

Assisting academy program managers with camp operations including equipment, paperwork, and supplies

Assisting lead coaches at Summer Player Development and Elite Programs through administrative & operations duties onsite at camps

Assisting lead coaches at Summer Player Development and Elite Programs through on-field coaching and group supervision at camps

Taking photographs and videos at various Academy programs to be used in future marketing collateral

Creating, collaborating and executing ideas for camp social media posts

Assisting parents and families with camp paperwork requirements through a variety of communication correspondence, including e-mail and phone

Assist with preparation for Academy Staff seasonal training event

On-field participation in Community Engagement clinics and events

Special projects as business dictates
