Responsibilities
Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams
Build and manage client relationships
Guide clients with advice and solutions to help them with their financial needs
Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s banking and investment solutions
Advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
Qualification
Required
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Preferred
Bilingual Mandarin Strongly Desired
Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
