IMG ARENA is part of the WME Group, a global network of businesses representing leading talent and brands. They are seeking an intern for their business affairs department who will engage in research projects, administrative duties, and support executives with deal negotiations and legal issues.

Responsibilities

Interns will participate in the business affairs department’s daily operations

Interns will work on department-specific research projects, perform administrative duties, and support business affairs executives with ad-hoc daily tasks

There will be opportunity for the right candidates to engage in substantive and meaningful work relating to deal negotiations for the agency’s clients

Deals that you will be working on include reviewing and summarizing key deal points on contracts, researching legal and intellectual property issues, and providing general support where needed

Exact scope of responsibility will depend on the candidate’s demonstrated capabilities

Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer assignment (either individually or in assigned teams) utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the summer
