Responsibilities

Lead a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that includes sourcing, interviewing and hiring

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, HR and key business stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met

Be regarded as a trusted and knowledgeable partner by having a strong understanding of target talent markets

Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for current and future needs

Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience

Comply with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year's experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area

4 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area

Proven experience sourcing and recruiting top talent; experience recruiting human resources professionals a plus

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and key stakeholders

Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with WorkDay and other Applicant Tracking Systems

Preferred

Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
