The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and fostering an efficient environment within the Global Entertainment Legal organization.

Responsibilities

Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
Seamless travel management including frequent domestic and international travel, as well as expense reporting
Manage team building activities
Partnering collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants and Legal Professionals, locally and globally
Have fun, work hard, and make history

Qualification

Executive assistant experienceCalendar managementTravel coordinationMicrosoft Office proficiencyDiscretionCollaboration skillsAdaptability

Required

5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Ability to work in-office five days a week

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Ability to work with existing AI tools and willingness to experiment with new AI tools
