The CRA is responsible for managing sites participating in clinical studies, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with sites while protecting participant safety and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

Managing sites participating in Castle's clinical studies

Attending team meetings

Training site staff

Sending emails

Traveling to U.S. sites to monitor data

Performing all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management in compliance with ICH GCP, FDA guidelines, local regulations, protocols, and Castle's SOPs

Ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance

Managing study documentation

Fostering strong relationships with sites

Protecting participant safety

Ensuring data quality

Representing Castle in the broader research community

Qualification

Clinical Research CoordinationRegulatory ComplianceData MonitoringBachelor's Degree in SciencePatient Care ExperienceCommunication SkillsTeam CollaborationProblem Solving

Required

Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field or a registered nursing certification, or equivalent certification/licensure from an appropriately accredited institution

3 years of CRC experience or previous 1 year experience as a CRA

Direct patient care or clinical research experience required

Familiarity with clinical research and study development processes

Valid Driver's License where applicable

In some cases, a combination of education, professional training, and demonstrated experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered
