Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of BSA analysts to ensure effective and compliant execution of BSA/AML programs

Oversee daily operations related to BSA compliance, including transaction monitoring, investigations, and reporting

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Collaborate with other departments to support risk management and compliance initiatives

Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and industry best practices

Utilize MS Office Suite tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation

Adapt to changing priorities and regulatory environments with flexibility and professionalism

Assist BSA Officer on reporting and risk assessments

Mentor analysts as they grow into their careers

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BSA/AML/Fraud or compliance operations environment

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing regulatory landscape

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
