Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand position requirements, business needs, and target candidate profiles

Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other established sourcing channels

Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews, including communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and timely process

Prepare and manage offer letters, working closely with HR Partners and hiring managers to ensure accuracy and consistency

Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, next steps, and a positive candidate experience

Support recruiting operations and administrative tasks as needed to ensure timely hiring outcomes during the contract period

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within recruiting workflows and processes during the assignment
