PERSONNEL TECHNICIAN I
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team. The Personnel Technician I will assist the Human Resources Branch by performing subsidiary work of average difficulty, establishing effective working relationships, and maintaining confidentiality while working independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities
Perform subsidiary work of average difficulty and provide assistance to the Human Resources Branch
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during the course of the work
Work well under pressure, make appropriate decisions, and work independently in completing and prioritizing assignments and meeting required deadlines
Maintain confidentiality
Qualification
Preferred
Recruitment experience, including the use of ECOS and CalCareers
Experience with using Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience working with confidential and sensitive data
Experience tracking and monitoring project deadlines
Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence and flexibility
Ability to effectively work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
