Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and testing of software across the entire stack, from mobile/web interfaces to backend microservices
Code Quality: Lead code reviews and models engineering excellence across both frontend and backend repositories
Execution: Translate product requirements to design and execution plan, with high quality and focus on polished UI/UX
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project leads, engineering managers, and fellow developers to coordinate complex feature launches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a technical field, but we understand great engineers come from all sorts of different backgrounds and also consider relevant work experience
4+ years of professional programming experience on a modern full-stack architecture
Proficiency in React (web) is a must. We use Flutter (mobile) for building mobile UX
3+ years of experience with Java or Kotlin. Our core stack is Kotlin/Spring/PostgreSQL/DynamoDB
Experience and enthusiasm leveraging LLM/AI tools to increase your efficiency as an engineer
Preferred
experience working with LLM technologies, such as agents, prompt engineering and evaluation
Dual experience in both React and Flutter is a major plus
Experience working with asynchronous and event-based systems (queues, streams)
Hands-on experience with both SQL and No-SQL (DynamoDB) at scale
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and service-oriented architectures
