Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain quality-related data from various sources across the organization
Assist in the analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular checks and updates
Develop and generate regular quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), under the guidance of the quality manager
Create and manage visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate data insights
Prepare preliminary reports for review by the quality manager and assist in preparing materials for meetings
Oversee the submission, revision, and archiving of company documents
Maintain an organized and accessible document control system, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easy to retrieve
Assist in the review and update of documents, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance
Provide support in tracking and documenting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Assist in managing customer returns, including inspection, documentation, and communication with sales and service departments
Assist with training actions for new or updated processes as needed
Provide administrative assistance to the quality management team in their day-to-day tasks, including report building and process development tasks
Support the communication of quality initiatives and updates across the organization as assigned
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
Proficient in Google Suite or related software
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a combination of education and experience
1 to 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Production-related fields preferred
