Designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions

Ensuring the platform's integrity, security, and optimal performance

Required

5 years of ServiceNow experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Platform Depth (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

Scripting & Development in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development

Integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services

Database & Architecture knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture)

Cloud Technologies

DevOps & CI/CD

Industry experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect with superior group/team facilitation skills such as experience in client-facing roles, strategic advisory services, system implementations, business process definition, gap analysis, maturity assessments and recommendations for clients in the public and private sectors

US Citizenship required

Must have an active TS/SCI federal security clearance
