Technical Sales Representative
Culver Careers is a World Leading Corporation in industrial automation products, and they are seeking an Entry Level Technical Sales Representative. The role involves prospecting new business, consulting with customers, and adapting to their needs while traveling to various customer locations.
Responsibilities
Prospect new business through warm leads/some cold calls and collaboration with sales office team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
Work directly with customers to understand their business operations and provide face-to-face consultations to add value to their organization through implementation of multiple innovative products
Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Company expectations and the challenges customers present you
Travel to customer locations and work successfully in a wide variety of manufacturing and laboratory environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree. Any major is fine -- Business, Engineering, etc
Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to company success
Desire for self-improvement through intensive training, mentorship, engaged management and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach
Willingness to travel 3 days each week locally, including 5 to 6 nights/ month of overnight travel
