Responsibilities
Review lease and purchase agreements and be able to conduct abstracts and determination of obligations for compliance
Coordinate with the legal team on drafting and execution of agreements
Coordinate lease information with Corporate AP and Lease Administration
Tracking key dates and compliance obligations under the lease and purchase agreements
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work well with a team - in person and remotely
Excellent time management skills
Excellent people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to adapt to new processes within a growing organization
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Paralegal Studies
At least 2 years of relatable project management experience
Preferred
Project Management Certification
