Design and Execute Partnership Programs: Develop and roll out tailored partnership models that include clear referral incentives and performance tracking
Drive Measurable Growth: Achieve specific targets for new member acquisitions through these partnerships within the first 90 days and beyond
Full Cycle Ownership: From initial outreach to ongoing management, take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, ensuring each collaboration is effective and scalable
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business development or partnership roles, ideally with a strong local network or the ability to rapidly build one
Ability to both conceptualize partnership strategies and execute them end-to-end
Focused on hitting concrete KPIs and driving real revenue impact
