Responsibilities

Translate high-level sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies into high-impact acceleration programs
Proactively identify and propose data-driven adjustments based on market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to drive faster revenue attainment
Directly lead and develop high-performing teams while building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
Navigate objections and communicate with compelling executive presence to drive consensus and momentum
Design, launch, and own end-to-end sales acceleration programs that strengthen overall revenue architecture and deliver tangible, forecastable impact on key metrics
Leverage advanced data analytics, sales enablement tools, and rigorous project management to iterate quickly and mitigate risks
Provide crisp, insightful updates on business impact during executive forecast and review cycles

Required

5+ years experience in sales as an Account Manager or Sales Specialist
5+ years experience designing and delivering sales programs with measurable revenue impact
3+ years experience directly managing and leading a team

Preferred

3+ years experience as an Account Manager or Sales Specialist at Cisco
Cisco Cloud + AI Infrastructure portfolio acumen (e.g. networking, compute, storage, partnerships like NVIDIA, VAST)
Strong data analytics skills with ability to derive insights and business recommendations
Experience contributing to Sales/GTM strategy or revenue architecture
