PS Seasoning is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for attracting and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding

Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruiting, and industry events

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Support workforce planning by anticipating hiring demand and market trends

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles

Provide guidance on interviewing best practices, bias mitigation, and legal considerations

Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions

Support employer branding initiatives and social recruiting efforts

Represent the organization at career fairs, workforce events, campus recruiting, and early-career programs

Promote referral programs and engage internal stakeholders to drive participation

Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates in both English and Spanish, as needed

Identify and implement improvements to the candidate journey

Manage applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)

Optimize recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and scalability

Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding

Support new hire onboarding activities as needed, including bilingual communication when applicable
