Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex litigation issues
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate with partners and legal staff to develop case strategy
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain accurate case files and meet all litigation deadlines
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California and in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
