Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications that enable advanced data analysis, reporting, and portfolio insights
Collaborate with product, research, and investment teams to translate business and quantitative requirements into scalable technical solutions
Build and maintain APIs and integrations to support data ingestion, transformation, and visualization across platforms
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud-based and distributed systems
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and internal standards
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and engineering practices
Stay current with emerging technologies in software engineering, analytics, cloud computing, and financial technology

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Python
Experience building scalable, secure applications and applying DevOps practices for production deployments
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and serverless computing services
Experience designing and working with cloud-based architectures
Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL technologies) and data modeling
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native services
Experience using version control systems such as GitHub or SVN
Understanding of analytics workflows and the ability to work with large, complex datasets
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience with SSRS or other reporting and business intelligence tools
Familiarity with statistical analysis libraries and data analytics frameworks
Experience leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex business problems
Prior experience in the financial services or investment management industry is a plus
