Senior Financial Analyst, International Accounts Receivable

The Senior Financial Analyst on the International Accounts Receivable team will manage invoicing and collections for franchise partners, while also handling reporting and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for franchise partners regarding billing and collections

Research and resolve issues associated with billing & receivables on a timely basis

Assist in the monthly and quarterly close cycles, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and internal controls

Build strong relationships with cross-functional business and external partners

Clearly articulate and present ideas and explanations to all levels of management

Identify areas of opportunity/weakness and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency in a controlled environment

Assist with special projects and departmental goals

Required

4-6 years of relevant Accounting and/or Finance experience

Seasoned analytical, system and accounting skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; ability to meet all deadlines and handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and accounting system packages

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required

CPA a plus
