Responsibilities

Create new RF product solutions in collaboration with customer R&D and business line technical teams

Scout for new, disruptive technology

Develop internal research and investment plans aligned with business line product strategy and internal investment

Partner with academic institutions for development and application of emerging technologies

Capture strategic customer research and development opportunities aligned with long-term plan

Qualification

Required

Experience with software-defined radios

Experience with radio frequency sub-systems and component research & development

Experience in advanced development programs for offensive weapons systems, or equivalent complexity commercial product with demonstrated capability to bring deep RF technical expertise to solving integrated system challenges

Experience in network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies

Masters of Science in a relevant technical discipline

Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experience in rapid capability fielding activities, or equivalent commercial capability delivery

Technical leadership experience with demonstrated capability to deliver impactful solutions within balanced cost, schedule and technical objectives of a complex research and development activity

Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline
