Responsibilities

Strategic People Business Partnership. Serve as the People Business Partner for VIP, Player Advocacy, and Trust and Safety, aligning people strategies with business priorities and supporting leaders on talent, performance, engagement, and organizational needs
HR Administration Ownership. Own HR administration matters for the People Operations team, including HRIS maintenance and administration, I-9 processing, benefits and leave administration, ADA requests, and off boarding
Balanced Scope and Prioritization. Effectively manage a role that is split approximately 50% strategic people partnership and 50% HR administrative responsibilities, ensuring strong follow through across both scopes of work
Cross Functional Project and Process Improvement Support. Partner on cross functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement in efficiency, clarity, workflows, and automation across People Operations and the business

Required

Demonstrated ability to responsibilities between strategic HR business partnership and core HR administrative work
Strong ability to build and sustain cross-functional relationships while providing effective HR partnership to our customer facing teams
Proven capability to manage and resolve conflict effectively
Exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of key employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
Full proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
At least 3 years of experience in a People/HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and/or HR generalist role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience

Preferred

Experience with BambooHR or Greenhouse is preferred, but not required
Previous experience in conflict management, project management, process improvement, etc. helpful but not required
