Responsibilities
Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for cosmetic characteristics, dimensions, weights, and electrical properties
Document all non-conformances and follow applicable work instructions
Notify leadership of potential process improvements
Use solvents such as IPA, Ensolv, Acetone, and Methanol safely
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Perform preventive maintenance on inspection equipment
Evaluate returned materials and write clear non-conformance reports
Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams
Perform first article and final inspections
Verify and issue material test reports
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Must pass drug test and background check
Preferred
Previous QC or manufacturing inspection experience
Knowledge of adhesives or thermal interface materials
Ability to read technical drawings
