Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aerospace, defense, and government markets
Conduct market research and analyze procurement trends and competitive landscape
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Lead and support proposal development for government and defense solicitations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with legal and finance teams
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure contract execution
Ensure compliance with applicable government and defense regulations
Develop sales forecasts and contribute to business growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of technical products and manufacturing capabilities
Experience with government contracts, proposals, and compliance requirements
Strong market intelligence, analytical, and forecasting skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
Preferred
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Aerospace/Defense/Government preferred)
