The Wellness Integration Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing wellness programming, while serving as the primary clinical support for Therapy/Restorative Aides.

Responsibilities

Development, implementation, and assessment of restorative and wellness programming across the company
Serve as the primary clinical support for Therapy/Restorative Aides
Ensure high quality delivery of restorative nursing and wellness services
Training, coaching, and competency validation
Identification of CMS Quality Measures and outcome monitoring

Qualification

Restorative nursing principlesWellness programmingCMS Quality MeasuresCase Mix Index (CMI)Long-term care experienceBachelor’s degree

Required

Bachelor's degree in a health related field required
Must be able to travel between centers throughout Indiana
Minimum five years of long-term care experience

Preferred

Strong understanding of restorative nursing principles and wellness programming is preferred
Knowledge of CMS Quality Measures and Case Mix Index (CMI) preferred
