Responsibilities
Assist with the development and output of client and internal marketing materials
Create illustrations for editorial content
Conceptualize infographics, graphs, charts and other visuals to support content and works with design team to execute vision
Customize images for all social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc
Remain organized and on deadline within challenging timelines and changing priorities
Keeps current on design/production trends, materials and developments
Assist with collateral updates and version control
Creation of various logos for products
Creation and updates to various sales collateral
Other projects as assigned
UX/UI of website design
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design skills
Experience with Image Editing software and techniques, ensuring high-quality visuals across multiple formats
Familiarity with Marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visual presentations
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics
Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site team environment in Phoenix, AZ
A passion for design and up-to-date knowledge on current trends
Flexibility and a passion for learning new tools
Be detail-oriented, deadline driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work independently, but take direction well
Strong communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking skills
Excellent computer knowledge preferably on a Mac
Team Player

Able to work well under pressure
Understanding and adhere to working with client brand guidelines
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling is an advantage

Digital design and execution of HTML, email templates and e-newsletters
