Be the relationship manager with the insured, consulting on accounts without a producer, and counsel clients on coverage issues both current and potential coverage gaps
Managing and delegating work as needed to account managers and assistant account managers
Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (BenefitPoint)
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communications
Well versed in customer service
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Experience working with EPIC
