Responsibilities
Execute and maintain existing digital marketing campaigns, including email blasts, property marketing initiatives, and brand-focused efforts
Edit, update, and maintain the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed and content remains accurate and up to date
Support SEO initiatives by optimizing content, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to enhance visibility and engagement
Assist with digital brand identity efforts across web, email, and social platforms, ensuring consistency with established brand standards
Coordinate property marketing materials and digital assets, including layout and design support using Adobe InDesign
Manage and update social media content calendars and scheduling, supporting consistent posting and engagement
Track and compile basic performance metrics across digital channels and assist with reporting
Work with external vendors, including a marketing technology platform used to identify and support project-specific marketing needs
Qualification
Required
1 to 3+ years of digital marketing experience is required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Adobe InDesign experience is required
SEO experience is required, including on-page optimization and content updates
Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute established processes efficiently
Comfortable working in a production-focused, fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Preferred
Real estate industry experience is strongly preferred
