Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite associates
Provide employee support related to attendance, scheduling, and assignments
Monitor workforce needs and communicate staffing updates to leadership
Maintain accurate employee records and shift documentation
Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues as needed
Support daily operational and workforce management activities
Ensure a positive employee experience during night shift operations
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience required
Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day
