Responsibilities

Maintain accurate case files and records, ensuring all documents are current and organized throughout the case lifecycle
Arrange hearings, conference calls, and related activities, balancing client and panelist needs to ensure timely and efficient proceedings
Provide administrative assistance to assigned panelists, including managing routine tasks and following up on case-related actions promptly
Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and website requests, delivering a high standard of service and clear communication
Monitor case timelines, track deadlines, and ensure all milestones are met to maintain compliance and efficiency
Work closely with management and ADR teams to prepare and distribute panelist lists for arbitration filings or client requests
Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and internal teams to address and resolve questions or issues that arise during case management
Participate in training and hands-on learning to build proficiency in ADR practices, case management systems, and workflows

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
2-4 years of experience in case management

Familiarity with ADR processes and procedures, including mediation, arbitration, and court reference matters
Computer literacy and proficiency in various software programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of panelists' practice areas and preferences
