Responsibilities
Responsible for training Catalogue maintenance and organization. Duties include training interns and ERDs every year, creating, organizing, and deploying training in current location
Building out new training in Workday and creating a more comprehensive set of engineering training material specifically for new and onboarded engineers
New training identified. Training format decided. (virtual, in person, one pager, course, quick start, reference doc,etc)
Provide requirements to training resource team
Manage the creation of training material
Review, publish, advertise newly created training
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5—10 years of engineering experience
Bachelor/ associates with 7+ years experience
Training creation software
Knowledge on Teamcenter, Creo, Visualization (JT) Files
