Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and design for SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
Drive ECC to S/4HANA system conversion (Brownfield) activities end to end
Perform SAP Readiness Check 2.0 , custom code impact analysis, and remediation
Lead SPAU/SPDD , CVI, Simplification Item List resolution, and data consistency checks
Oversee custom code adaptation for S/4HANA and HANA compatibility
Architect and support SAP Fiori , OData services, and UI5 deployment
Design and manage integration architecture (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, PI/PO, CPI)
Support SAP BTP extensions and side-by-side development strategies
Plan and execute mock conversions, cutover strategy, and production go-live
Provide Hypercare and post-go-live support
Coordinate with functional, basis, security, and business teams
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and clean core principles

Required

15+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development background
8+ years of experience as a SAP Technical Architect / Lead
Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversions
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Simplification Items
Expertise in Custom Code Migration & Remediation
Strong experience with SPAU/SPDD, CVI, and ATC checks
Experience with SAP Fiori, OData, and UI5
Integration experience: IDocs, RFC, SAP PI/PO, CPI, REST APIs
Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture
Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience with SAP Activate methodology
SAP certifications (ABAP, S/4HANA, Architecture)
Experience in Performance Optimization on HANA
Exposure to Clean Core & Extensibility concepts
